| Early Beginnings - My first art, Tai Kwon Do. A local demonstration. That's me playing "leap frog" and performing a reverse kick. Colin was the photographer, that day. |

Master BP Chan
Stephen with one of his favorite teachers, BP Chan. This photograph was taken at the "Tai Chi Farm" located in Warrick, New York, where Stephen spent many weeks and weekends throughout the years, studying various forms of Taiji and Baqua in a "rustic" atmosphere! Those familiar with the farm, understand!

Grandmaster Jou Tsung Hwa
Also while "living" at the Tai Chi farm, Stephen spent a great deal of time with Master Jou. His knowledge of Qigong was vast and his willingness to share his knowledge openly with all, made him a great teacher. He led by example not by lecturing. Spending many hours in the woods practicing the various forms of qigong, left the students (myself included) with a great sense of peace.

| Stephens fifteen minutes of fame came when he spent a two summers working with the New York Knicks Cheerleaders, who run a camp for children. |

|
Stephen owes his abilty to teach to two very important teachers in his life, Joi Eden and Betty Sun, the founders of Stillness In Motion and Bamboo Mountain.
Their instruction in both the form, and how to teach the form enabled stephen to grow greatly form a student then to a teacher.
